The Annual Meeting, open to all of Moody's Corporation shareholders, is normally held on the third Tuesday in April. Shareholders are notified of the exact date, time, and location of the meeting in the Annual Report and proxy materials, which are normally mailed to shareholders about a month before the Annual Meeting.
