Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22, 2020.

Rob joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at the company. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He worked in the rating agency, Moody’s Investors Service, from 2013-2019, including as Head of Commercial and then President. Rob served as Head of Corporate Development for Moody’s for his first 7 years with the company, where he led the expansion of Moody’s global ratings presence and partnered on the establishment and growth of Moody’s Analytics.

Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in investment banking, corporate strategy and alternative investments at Citi. He started his career in commercial banking at NationsBank (now Bank of America).

Rob earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and adventurer and enjoys running, biking, hiking and traveling.

Noémie Heuland is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Moody’s with responsibility for leading the global finance organization, including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, financial systems, investor relations, strategic sourcing and procurement, and tax and treasury.

Before joining Moody’s, Noémie was CFO at Dayforce, formerly known as Ceridian, and spent 12 years with SAP in finance leadership roles. Noémie holds an M.S. in Finance and Accounting from Nantes Business School of Management, now known as Audencia, and a degree in international finance from American University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Mr. Tulenko has served as President of Moody’s Analytics since November 2019. Mr. Tulenko served as Executive Director of Enterprise Risk Solutions from 2013 to October 2019 and as Executive Director of Global Sales, Customer Service and Marketing from 2008 to 2013. Prior to the formation of Moody’s Analytics, he held various sales, product development and product strategy roles at Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. Mr. Tulenko joined Moody’s in 1990.

Mr. West has served as President of Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. since November 2019. Mr. West served as Managing Director—Head of MIS Ratings and Research from June 2016 to October 2019. Previously, Mr. West served as Managing Director—Head of Global Structured Finance from February 2014 to May 2016 and Managing Director—Head of Global Corporate Finance from January 2010 to January 2014. Earlier in his career, he was also responsible for the research strategy for the ratings businesses and before that led Corporate Finance for the EMEA Region, European Corporates and the EMEA leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1998, Mr. West worked at Bank of America and HSBC in various credit roles.

Mr. Steele is General Counsel for Moody’s Corporation, overseeing the global Legal and Compliance functions. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Previously, he served as General Counsel of Moody’s Analytics from 2008 to September 2023, guiding its global growth acquisitions and go-to-market strategies. He joined Moody’s KMV in 2006 as Chief Legal Officer.

Caroline Sullivan is Moody’s Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Before joining Moody's, Caroline amassed a wealth of experience in various senior leadership roles across the financial services industry. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Education from St. Patrick’s College, Dublin City University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Seton Hall University. Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Kazanjian has served as Chief People Officer since February 2022. Prior to rejoining the Company, Ms. Kazanjian had several leadership roles at WeWork between 2019 and 2021 and was the Chief People Officer between July 2021 and January 2022. Between 2008 and 2019, Ms. Kazanjian was a leader in the Legal and HR departments of Moody’s Corporation and worked as an Associate in the Labor & Employment Law department at Morgan Lewis before joining Moody’s.

Cat Tucker serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this capacity, Ms. Tucker acts as strategic advisor, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution of the CEO’s vision throughout the organization. In addition, she oversees strategic projects and provides direct executive support.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Tucker held the position of Head of Product, Strategy and Experience Design for Moody’s Ratings. Here, she led initiatives in innovation, digital capabilities and operational efficiency driving Moody’s digital strategy.

With a noteworthy career at JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Tucker served as the Head of Digital Transformation for Chase Auto. During her 18-year journey at the firm, she played a pivotal role in developing digital products, enhancing account services and elevating customer engagement. Her expertise spans five business lines and functions, including product management, business planning, project management, skill development and agile transformation.

She holds a BA from Howard University, an MS in Information Science from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

David Platt is SVP & Chief Strategy Officer for Moody's Corporation, with responsibility for Global Corporate Development. During his tenure, Mr. Platt has overseen enterprise strategic planning and led nearly $10 billion in M&A and investments to advance Moody's global integrated risk assessment growth strategy. He currently serves as President of the Moody's Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of BitSight Technologies, Inc. Previously, Mr. Platt was responsible for Corporate Affairs, which emcompasses Global Communications and Branding, Corporate Social Responsibility and Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs and served on the Board of Directors of ICRA Limited, Moody's affiliate in India.
Prior to joining Moody's in 2013, Mr. Platt provided M&A and corporate finance advisory services to boards and companies across a wide range of industries. Prevously, he was a Managing Director in the M&A groups at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America and held similar roles in the M&A groups at Citigroup and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst in the Fixed Income Division at Fidelity Investments where his responsibilities included credit risk assessment, setting exposire limits and investment oversight for a range of corporate and municipal credits and structure products.
Mr. Platt holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, a B.A. fro The University of California, Berkely in Political Economies of Industrialized Societies and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Tameka Alsop is Chief Administrative Officer at Moody’s Corporation and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Ms. Alsop leads a range of strategic and operational initiatives that are vital to the company’s success. This includes leadership of the company’s global enterprise technology and information security teams, helping to fortify and uphold business resilience. Tameka also provides strategic oversight for Moody’s service hub locations in Lithuania and Costa Rica. She is currently leading the company’s enterprise risk management function on an interim basis.

Ms. Alsop has more than 20 years of experience helping drive positive change and business results at Moody’s, including technology solutions in accounting, financial planning & analysis, analytical workflow, ratings surveillance and financial data products. Previously, Ms. Alsop was Managing Director, Head of US Financial Institutions Relationship Management at Moody’s Investors Service, where she built customer relationships with institutions to grow coverage and revenue, as well as expanded relationships with existing issuers and intermediaries. She also held various leadership positions across the organization including roles in Business Process Management, IT Alignment and Ratings Operations, Investor Relations, Structured Finance Surveillance, Public Finance, Business Planning and Revenue Accounting.

Ms. Alsop currently serves on the Trident American Dreams Advisory Board, she is a founding member of the Women’s Business Resource Group at Moody’s, and she’s the current global executive sponsor for Moody’s Veterans Business Resource Group. She is also a key contributor to various diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at the company – this includes serving as executive sponsor for Moody’s CORE. Ms. Alsop holds a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified project management professional.
